Maininki is a wonderful 400 square meter log house that has been renovated with respect for the old. It offers a pleasant, cozy and unique setting for groups and groups of friends. The bedrooms have space for 18 people, with an extra soifa bed for 20 people. The private beach is about 150 meters from the main building and is exclusively for Maininki’s guests. The size of the plot in Maininki is two hectares – only for the use of our guests.

Maininki has eight double bedrooms + a sofa bed in the librarfy for two, three toilets, three showers and two saunas, of which there is an electric sauna in the main building and an atmospheric, wood-heated sauna along the road leading to the beach.
On the spacious beach pier (70 m2) you can, for example, lounge on the sun loungers or catch a perch with a worm fishing rod.
The spacious and well-equipped kitchen and the large living and dining room nearby offer a functional setting for a self-directed vacation. The kitchen is fully equipped with cutlery and crockery.
In the upstairs library, you can read and, for example, work remotely. Free wireless internet works throughout the house.
Two of the bedrooms are downstairs and seven of them upstairs.
The kitchen has a microwave, convection oven, coffee and water kettle, dishwasher, two refrigerators/freezers, crockery, complete cutlery, blender.
Washing machine (9 kg). Tumble dryer (9kg). Sound reproduction equipment. TV in some rooms. Wireless internet connection (free of charge).
On the courtyard patio, there is a gas grill and tables and chairs. There is also a trampoline and a playhouse in the yard area. Possibility to rent a rowing boat and mountain bikes if booked in advance. In the garden there is also a wood heated bath tub.

Living room
The living room is a spacious and comfortable focal point. In the living room you can eat, listen to music and spend time in good company with friends
Kitchen
You can cook with a larger group in the fully-equipped 45 square meter kitchen. Cooking together is one of the ingredients of a good vacation. The spacious kitchen is at the south end of the ground floor
Bedrooms
High-quality beds 0ffer you a good night´s sleep. Subdued colors are part of Maininki’s sensual interior design. You’ll have a good night’s sleep in a one-hundred years old log house. Maininki is built in 1923.
Sauna and showers
Maininki´s electric sauna in the main building near the entrance can accommodate 4-6 sauna users. The showers and toilettes are located next to the sauna (2), upstairs there is one shower and a toilet
You wash and dry your laundry in the room next to the bathroom. Towels and bed linen are included in the rent

Log heated sauna

Terrace And Garden Area
Grilled delicacies can be enjoyed on the spacious terrace. A bath tub is located in the garden area as well as activities and childrens´playground.
Beach
The pier is 35 meters long, but because the beach is gentle, the water depth at the end of the pier is 0,5-1 meters only – depending on the summer. The spacious 70 square meter pier is the perfect place for sunbathing and lounging. The use of the four-person Terhi Saiman rowing boat is included in the rent
